The design is expected to be radically different from the current model, emulating Hyundai’s recent reputation for impressive design and economy.


Inside sources suggest the new generation Tuscon will be powered exclusively by a range of diesel and petrol four-cylinder engines in both naturally-aspirated and turbocharged guise.
Production for Hyundai’s home market of Korea is expected to begin by the end of the year, with the rest of the world receiving the new Tuscon by mid-2010.
